This multi-mode 5G system single chip (SoC) is made with 7nm technology, which will provide strong power for the first batch of high-end 5G smartphones, demonstrating mediatek's leading strength in 5G.
Integrated new 5G mobile platform with built-in 5G modem HelioM70, mediatek reduces the volume of the entire 5G chip with world-leading technology, integrating the world's advanced technology into a tiny design. Containing ARM's latest cortex-a77cpu, mali-g77gpu and mediatek's most advanced independent AI processing unit APU, it can fully meet 5G power and performance requirements, providing ultra-fast connection and extreme user experience.
This multi-mode 5G mobile platform is applicable to the sub-6ghz band of 5G independent and non-independent (SA/NSA) network architecture, and supports the connection technology from 2G to 4G, so that the existing network can still be accessed before the global 5G deployment.

Mediatek 5G mobile platform integrated modem HelioM70 supports LTE and 5G double connection (en-dc), with dynamic power distribution function, and supports all generation cellular networks from 2G to 5G. It USES dynamic bandwidth switching technology to allocate 5G bandwidth to specific applications, increasing the power efficiency of modems by 50% and extending the battery life of terminal devices.
